SIM KSPSTK (Sistem Informasi dan Manajemen Kepala Sekolah, Pengawas Sekolah, dan Tenaga Kependidikan) is the platform of Kementerian Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah (Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education) for appointing Kepala Sekolah (school principals), Pengawas Sekolah (school supervisors) and Tenaga Kependidikan (education staff). Its main focus is Kepala Sekolah. This case covers one feature: Perubahan Periodisasi Masa Menjabat Kepala Sekolah (principal term-period change). Dinas Pendidikan (regional education offices) use it to correct a Kepala Sekolah's term record, such as a start or end date. It applies to definitive Kepala Sekolah at a sekolah induk (main school). Before this, the process ran in Dapodik (Data Pokok Pendidikan, the national education database).

Platform Merdeka Mengajar (Merdeka Mengajar Platform) is the ministry's platform for teachers, built by GovTech Edu. This case covers Pengelolaan Kinerja Guru (teacher performance management). It went live in January 2024, integrated with e-Kinerja, the performance system of Badan Kepegawaian Negara (National Civil Service Agency). Performance management for Kepala Sekolah (school principals) was later handled by another squad. I managed engineering delivery and stakeholder coordination for the Guru side, and co-led roadmap prioritisation.

Led the migration of high-traffic marketplace experiences from a monolith to microservices and micro frontends, with a phased rollout.

Bukalapak is one of Indonesia's largest online marketplaces, with 104.9 million registered users at the end of 2020. The revamp redesigned its core experiences: home page, product detail, cart, checkout, search and login. At the same time, the backend moved to microservices and the frontend to micro frontends. I led the cross-team engineering initiatives behind it.

  • Proposed automation and administrative tooling, including Super Admin and user whitelist capabilities, to address operational inefficiencies.
